Prices
The prices are for a week for the mentioned persons. In the price are included the following services: bedlinen, towels and final cleaning.
Local tax
A local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is € 2,10 per person and day. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from taxation. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately in your invoice.

Confirmation of the reservation
Please note that for the reservation we ask you to make a down payment allowances equivalent to 30% of the total price of your stay. The down payment won’t be refunded in the case of a cancellation, a delayed arrival or an anticipated departure on the part of the guest.
Booking conditions
Your booking is considered valid when your deposit has been received and at the moment of the transmission of the definitive confirmation.
Check-in- & Check-out
On the arrival day the apartments are available from 01.00 p.m. On the departure day the apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. In case you will check-in after 7.00 p.m. please leave us a short message.
Travel-insurance
We reccommand to our guests to take out travel insurance. In case of a cancellation the insurance takes care of the cancellation costs and the total amount of the deposit is being refunded. Guest Pass
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure. The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
